Carson Tyler
CLASS OF ’21
The Colquitt County School District celebrated a momentous achievement in 2024
as CCHS alumnus Carson Tyler represented the United States in the Men’s 10meter Platform and 3-Meter Spring Board Diving events at the Summer Olympic
Games. His qualification marked a historic moment for the USA Olympic team, the
community, and our school district.
Tyler, who graduated from CCHS in 2021, achieved his Olympic spot
through years of dedication and rigorous training, following a path that
took him from local athletics to national collegiate success. His journey
to the global stage serves as a powerful inspiration to current students,
demonstrating the heights that can be reached through commitment to
excellence.
Superintendent Dan Chappuis remarked that Carson Tyler's success
"is a source of immense pride for the entire Colquitt County School
District. His discipline and achievement exemplify the values we strive
to instill in every student, proving that our graduates are prepared to
compete — and succeed — at the highest levels imaginable."
