INVESTING IN LEADERSHIP
DEVELOPMENT
Colquitt County School District continues to prioritize
"growing our own" leaders through the Colquitt County
Leadership Development Program (CCLDP). The
third class of the year-long program successfully
graduated in December 2024. This initiative is designed

completed a natural abilities assessment to measure
their inherent skills and how they apply to leadership.
Participants completed a shadowing experience with a
current leader to gain direct insight into their desired
future role.
Superintendent Dan Chappuis reaffirmed the district’s
dedication to this pipeline, stating, "Our goal is to build
capacity within the district by recognizing and
developing the talented individuals we already have."
